Applicants must demonstrate verifiable gross income equal to two times the monthly rent. For applicants using a housing subsidy, the income standard is calculated using the portion of rent the applicant is responsible for paying. North Creek offers several convenient ways to pay rent. Residents can make payments directly through the resident portal using ACH, a credit card, or a debit card. We also accept e-money orders, which can be purchased and paid for at participating local stores, as well as cashier’s checks brought directly to the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. For residents who need additional payment flexibility, North Creek partners with Flex, which may allow eligible residents to split their rent into two payments throughout the month.
